Steven Watts
For over a decade, Steven has led Grama Blend as Managing Director and Co-founder, playing a key role in the company’s continued growth and success. Following the expansion of Grama Blend UK Ltd and the formation of Grama Blend Stone Solutions GmbH in Germany, Steven’s responsibilities have expanded further. As Group Managing Director, he now divides his time between the UK and Germany, providing strategic leadership across both businesses while ensuring seamless collaboration between our commercial, technical and manufacturing teams.
Despite his wider responsibilities, Steven continues to work closely with many of our key clients, overseeing projects from initial concept and material selection through to final approval—something he still considers the most rewarding part of the business. His extensive experience within the natural stone and lightweight stone industries, together with his in-depth knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and project delivery, enables him to provide practical, commercially focused solutions for even the most demanding projects.
Having represented Grama Blend in the UK for more than 20 years, Steven has built long-standing relationships with leading clients across the marine, aviation, commercial and luxury retail sectors. His commitment to quality, innovation and customer service has been instrumental in establishing Grama Blend’s reputation for technical excellence, reliability and craftsmanship.
Today, Steven’s focus is on driving the continued growth of the Grama Blend Group, investing in new technologies, expanding into new markets and ensuring that clients across Europe continue to receive the highest levels of technical support, project management and manufacturing excellence.

Tania Lloyd
We are delighted to have Tania as an integral member of our team since 2018. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in various aspects of our company’s operations.
As our company has grown, Tania’s responsibilities have expanded, and she now oversees a wide range of functions, including but not limited to accounts, finance, insurance, and credit control. Her attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills have helped us streamline our financial processes and maintain a healthy financial position.
Tania’s commitment and dedication to our company have been invaluable, and we are fortunate to have her expertise and experience on board. Her contributions have helped us achieve our goals and maintain our position as a leader in our industry.

Chris Mackie
Chris joined Grama Blend UK at the end of 2018 from a partner company, bringing with him over 15 years of expertisein the high-end stone retail sector. His extensive knowledge spans both the supply and installation of natural and engineered stone for domestic and commercial projects, making him a key asset to our team. As Project Manager, Chris plays a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly from concept to completion. His attention to detail, strong project management skills, and deep industry experience enable him to oversee complex installations, maintain timelines, and keep projects within budget – without ever compromising on quality. Chris has successfully led a number of high-profile projects, including Battersea Power Station, Marble Arch Place, and multiple UK-based super-yacht refits. In addition, he has managed major stone installations for renowned luxury retailers such as Fortnum & Mason, Harrods, and Selfridges, demonstrating his ability to execute complex, large-scale projects with precision and efficiency.

Georgia Milton
Georgia joined our team in early 2024 as an Operations Coordinator, bringing a structured and methodical approach to our daily operations. Her role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our business by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and coordinating key operational tasks.
With a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset, Georgia is always looking for ways to optimise workflows and enhance productivity. She works closely with various departments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, resources are well managed, and any potential challenges are addressed swiftly.
Her ability to adapt, and maintain strong communication across teams has already made a positive impact. As she continues to develop within the role, Georgia is quickly becoming an integral part of Grama Blend UK, helping to drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth.

Christel Watts
Following the expansion of Grama Blend UK Ltd and the formation of Grama Blend Stone Solutions GmbH in Germany, Christel’s role has evolved significantly to support the senior leadership team across both businesses.
As Executive Assistant to the Directors & Shareholders, Christel works closely with the Group Managing Director, directors and shareholders, providing high-level executive, operational and strategic support across the UK and German businesses. Her responsibilities include coordinating key business activities, preparing management information and KPI reporting, supporting performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between departments and international teams.
Working across both organisations, Christel plays an integral role in supporting decision-making, monitoring business performance and helping to drive the continued growth and success of the Grama Blend Group.

Annie-May Watts
As Grama Blend continues to grow, Annie-May’s role has expanded to provide greater support across administration and accounts, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
She is also responsible for managing our social media presence across all major platforms, monitoring the performance of our digital marketing activities and producing regular reports to help guide our marketing strategy.
One of Annie-May’s current key projects is the ongoing update of our online stone selector, ensuring our extensive material library remains accurate, up to date and showcases the very latest additions to our range. With hundreds of natural stones, porcelains and engineered surfaces available, this is a continually evolving project that plays an important role in supporting our customers and designers.

Paul Mullinger
Paul is a highly skilled Senior Installation Manager with extensive experience in stone installation and project management. He specialises in higher-value projects and complex installations, including superyacht refits and high-end commercial and residential projects.
With a hands-on approach, Paul manages site installations, logistics, and quality control, ensuring smooth coordination between teams. His problem-solving skills and industry expertise allow him to handle technical challenges and unique project requirements, delivering outstanding results.
Paul’s precision, efficiency, and commitment to quality help maintain Grama Blend UK’s reputation for excellence, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

Rainer Graf
As Technical Director – Marine New Build & Refit, Aviation and Custom Projects, Rainer leads the technical development and delivery of some of our most complex and prestigious projects. Working closely with clients, designers, shipyards and project teams, he provides technical leadership from concept through to manufacture and installation, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, performance and precision.
Based primarily at our German production facility, Rainer divides his time between our offices in Germany, our UK headquarters and client sites throughout Europe. With extensive expertise in natural stone, lightweight stone technologies and advanced manufacturing techniques, he specialises in superyacht new build and refit programmes, aviation interiors and bespoke architectural projects where exceptional attention to detail is essential. His practical engineering knowledge, combined with his experience in CAD, digital templating and production planning, enables him to develop innovative technical solutions for even the most challenging applications.
Working closely with both our UK and German teams, Rainer provides the vital technical link between clients, project management and our German manufacturing operation. His technical expertise, problem-solving ability and commitment to quality ensure that every project is delivered efficiently, accurately and to the exacting standards expected by our clients. His knowledge and experience make him an integral part of the Grama Blend team and a trusted partner on some of the world’s most demanding projects.

Daisy June Watts
Daisy successfully oversaw the completion of our recent IT infrastructure upgrade, ensuring our systems operate efficiently and securely. Alongside her IT responsibilities, she also supports the business with technical translation, multilingual communications and internal company compliance, helping to ensure effective communication and consistent processes across our UK and German operations.
Daisy is currently undertaking a four-year degree at the University of Warwick, studying German, Mandarin and Spanish. Despite her academic commitments, she continues to support the company remotely, bringing her technical expertise, language skills and fresh perspective to our IT systems, translation requirements and wider business operations.
